Who we are

BOUTIQESSENTIAL is an online retail store operated as a sole proprietorship based in Crescent City, Florida. We are a small, independently run business — there is no call center and no warehouse floor behind us, just a small operation working to put together a range worth browsing.

What we sell

We carry a curated general range: men's and women's apparel, footwear, bags and accessories, hats, home and kitchen goods, and personal care items. We add to the catalog regularly and review listings as they go up.

How we source, and what that means for you

We want to be straightforward about this, because it affects your order.

Most of what we carry is sourced through overseas supply partners and shipped directly from them to you. We do not hold the majority of this inventory in a warehouse in the United States. This is what lets a business our size carry the range we do at the prices we do.

The trade-off is delivery time. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes a further 7–15 business days. That is longer than a large domestic retailer, and we would rather tell you plainly before you order than have it come as a surprise afterward. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How we handle problems

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. If something arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn't what was pictured, email us and we will make it right. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

If your order passes 20 business days from the ship date with no delivery, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier on your behalf.
