Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is received, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times

Many of the items we carry are shipped directly from our overseas supply partners. Please allow 7–15 business days from the date of shipment for delivery. This is in addition to the 1–3 business day processing window above.

We know that is longer than some retailers, and we would rather tell you plainly up front than surprise you after you have ordered. Sourcing this way is what allows us to keep our range wide and our prices where they are.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown to you before you complete your order. Any applicable taxes, customs charges, or import duties are not included in the price shown and are the responsibility of the recipient where they apply.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking information to begin updating, as it can take time for the first scan to register after a package leaves the origin facility.

Delays

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier backlogs, weather, and holiday volume can all extend transit times beyond our control. If your order has passed 20 business days from the ship date with no delivery, please contact us at hello@boutiqessential.com and we will investigate it with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at hello@boutiqessential.com and we will make it right.
