Before you write

A few things we get asked often:

• Where is my order? Processing takes 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes a further 7–15 business days, since most items ship directly from our overseas supply partners. See our Shipping Policy.
• I want to return something. You have 30 days from receiving your item. Email us with your order number before sending anything back. See our Refund Policy.
• My order arrived damaged or wrong. Email us right away with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
